The Pistons had a 17-year playoff losing record and hadn’t won a postseason game since the 2008 Eastern Conference Finals. However, it all changed at Madison Square Garden on Monday night.

Pistons’ Historic Turnaround

The Pistons have undergone one of the most significant turnarounds in NBA history. After finishing with just 14 wins in the 2023-24 season, including a record 28-game losing streak, Detroit bounced back this season with a 44-38 record, earning a playoff spot.

Now tied 1-1 in the series, the Pistons will head back home to Detroit to host Game 3 on Thursday night at 7:00 PM ET.
